GemLUX® KROMA™ / KRISTA™ is a cutting-edge photomicrography imaging device that brings objectivity and consistency to gemstone evaluation. By digitizing human visual perception, KROMA™ and KRISTA™ eliminates the subjectivity and variability that have long plagued the industry, particularly with capturing colour-faithful images of gemstone and its corresponding colour grading. KROMA™ and KRISTA™ share the same advanced photomicrography capabilities to capture images and 3D-Videos of gemstone appearance and inclusion details, with the exception that KRISTA™ is additionally equipped with components to acquire optical properties such as birefringence, pleochroism and UV absorption.
